[macOS] vscode 最近启动变慢原因找到了

用苹果芯片电脑的可以看看自己的 vscode 是不是 intel 版本，VSCode-darwin-universal 这个包下来运行的是 intel 版本的 app ，导致启动非常慢。下载 VSCode-darwin-arm64 版本就没这个问题了

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
