[酷工作] 用 C#封装一个 chrome 插件，有人能做吗？

chrome 插件已开发完成，现在需要用 C#封装成客户端且能正常运行该插件。虽然 electron 能实现该功能，但是客户要求使用 C#作为开发语言。预算保底 1w ，最后还是看具体的需求评估。请问有人可以做吗？留下微信或者加微信(base64)：amlubGluZ3hp

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
