[Windows] 求教有什么方法或工具仅备份 Windows 10 的系统设定？

我只希望备份系统设定而不需要备份用户文件，
目的是避免重装系统后一项一项去手动修改系统设定，
手动修改系统设定花费的时间比备份文件、重装系统的时间还要长。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
