[随想] 爆论：房屋养老金就是升级加强的房地产税，房产税以后应该不会再出了

一方面更具隐蔽性避开房产税三字减小阻力，法理也能讲通，第二就像社保连年征收，无免征额度，见房就收，征税力度比房产税更大更长。一家之言仅供参考。
