[程序员] github 的 trending 页面崩了

其他页面正常, 仓库提交 pr 这些也可以, 但是这个没了.感觉崩了两个多小时了, 现在也没有恢复
之前不是崩过一次了吗, 怎么还来. 感觉最近到处都在崩, 这些都是什么原因呢, 听说微软最近那次是因为一个正则导致的
