[程序员] 数据库查询，每隔一段时间查询慢，怎么回事？

系统某个业务，会对 MYSQL 数据进行查询，正常会很快，几毫秒，但是，每隔一段时间，会突然变慢一次，大家有什么好的思路吗？
我现在想到的是：
1.网络
2.Buffer size 是否正确
3.业务是否每隔一段时间有大批量的数据库操作

大家还有什么思路、方向？
