[问与答] 请教各位大佬 WHOIS 的问题

我在阿里云注册的 .top 后缀域名，我用阿里云的 WHOIS 查询，是看不到注册人信息的。
然后我翻阅了一下阿里云的文档，里面也说明了 18 年之后，注册人信息就隐藏了。

请问为什么我用一些第三方的站长工具，还是可查询到我域名的注册人信息呢？
他们从哪里获得的信息？

我该如何避免被获取到注册人信息？
