看报道，说是很突然， 昨天新闻就发了，今天咋没进水深火热 [ IBM 证实将停止在中国的研发业务，雇员披露或涉及逾千岗位 https://www.voachinese.com/a/ibm-says-will-end-research-and-development-work-in-china-20240826/7757674.html ] 还有提“IBM 已告诉一些员工，公司将在中国以外的地区增加岗位，包括印度班加罗尔。” 这是彻底的大撤离么，各种外资的生产研发投资都在撤。
