[Apple] 苹果怎么让播客等 App 登录的账号不和 App store 一致

因为 App store 用的是美区，今天发现苹果播客的账号也是美区的账号，这个能分开吗？ 在车机登录的是国区的号，有很多关注了，懒得换了。
