[问与答] VMware 虚拟磁盘性能只有母鸡磁盘的 24%，这正常吗？

母鸡 Windows 装在一块 2T 的 U2 硬盘上测速有 3G/s ，在 VMware 跑的 win 虚拟机磁盘测速竟然只有 760M/s ，损失了 7 成的磁盘性能，有点夸张。这是正常情况吗？

另外，这个再直通 Nvme 硬盘性能怎么样呢？找了下资料说 VMware Workstation 直通磁盘是假的啊
