[macOS] 如何备份 Orbstack 创建的虚拟机数据？

我目前正在使用 orbstack 的虚拟机作为开发环境使用，整体体验都很好，但是它好像不像 Vm Fusion 那样可以直接备份虚拟机文件，网上查看了一下好像 orbstack 对应的文件都是存储在~/.orbstack/data/data.img 文件中，但是这个文件显示大小是 8.8T ，我也无法将其拷贝到 u 盘中，有什么解决办法吗？

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
