[酷工作] 钓鱼， hr 视角下这两年招聘是什么情况

特别想知道，最近几年，在 HR 的视角下，这几年招聘情况怎么样的，这两年筛简历和最后入职的情况怎么样。毕竟 V 站大多是技术类视角，也需要看看硬币的另一面的感觉，不知道 HR 有没有一个类似 V 站的交流区，有的话想过去卧底。
