[NAS] 求一个解决办法：打开 emby 首页会唤醒休眠中的硬盘， plex 不会

不是所有的硬盘都会唤醒，具体哪些硬盘被唤醒不确定，看起来像是缓存过期导致的，但是我媒体库已经设置了 不将媒体图像保存在媒体文件夹中，不知道有没有什么解决办法

我想达到的效果就是只在我观看的时候唤醒 视频所在的硬盘
