[问与答] 有没有接过 PayPal braintree 支付的？信用卡交易状态返回 Submitted for settlement 就算交易成功了吗？

提交交易成功后，返回的状态是 Submitted for settlement ，看了下文档，这个状态并不是交易支付成功完成了，会在晚上统一结算完成，完成后变成 Settled 。

最终接过也有可能是 Settlement declined 。

我是做充值，是否是返回状态Submitted for settlement后就认为支付成功了呢？
