和 ai 讨论网页作为服务器的可能性，发现 webrtc 还能这么玩，即可以人工提供调度信号报文，实现无信令服务器建立 webrtc 连接

这是一种让网页作为服务器被直接连接（可能是唯一）的方法 虽然不咋方便，但是感觉有点意思，就是想了想好像没什么应用场景
