整租的 2 室一厅,室友不租了,马上 9 月初到期续费,找个室友一起分摊房租

位置 依水园 1 期，23/32 层 电梯房

民用水电 房东也不会来，自己支付宝交水电费 大家一起 AA

离 前滩，后滩，徐家汇，龙耀路，东方体育中心，世博，浦江镇，三林，江月路，联航路，软件园都很近 小区附近生活便利，苏宁小店就在门口，附近吃饭，买菜，理发，买水果都很近。

期待室友： 1 、工作稳定，长期合租（ 1 年起）（！尤其重要） 2 、作息规律，爱干净，不抽烟，无不良嗜好 3 、不随便带人回家 4 、禁养宠物(房东硬性要求) 5 、情侣勿扰

时间 随时入住
