[Ubuntu] Ubuntu APT 有自动选源的办法吗

经常往返国内和欧洲，每次都要改/etc/apt/sources.list 有没有什么办法或者源，能自动选最快的或者根据当前网络的 DNS 来解析到不同的源上

就像 Windows Update 和 Steam 一样，从来不用考虑网络的问题，不用手动切节点，到哪都能自动选最近的。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
