[酷工作] 公司通知从母公司切到分公司，各位大佬感觉有坑吗

目前和母公司签订的无固定期限劳动合同，工龄 9 年，有内部股份。电话通知说因资源整合讲母公司的合同切换成为分公司的，为了方便五险一金这些。

直觉告诉我有坑，但没有经验。各位大佬经历过吗。或者告知如何争取切身利益等等
