[酷工作] leader 不安排人员交接

和上司约定了 lastday ，也告知了 hrbp ，我也把手头的需求整理下，写了交接文档，但是 leader 不安排交接、审批也一直卡在他那，这个有什么办法吗？ hrbp 也已经让 leader 安排交接，目前还在继续修复一些 bug ，余下 1.5 天的年假，怕 lastday 那天 leader 卡我
