我们是 RustDesk，一个开源远程团队，目前商业化稳步推进中。现招聘暑期用户增长与 Rust 开发两个实习职位，如果合作愉快，未来可以长期合作，或者转为全职。

用户增长

负责但不限于

  • 主要面向海外市场推广 RustDesk 自建服务器专业版本
  • 文章撰写与视频制作
  • 面向社交媒体，主要是在 twitter / reddit / HN / 知乎 / 小红书 / douyin 寻找销售线索，并作出建设性高质量回复

最好有

  • 略备 IT 知识，从而可以更好理解产品，以便内容创作，以及线索发现

Rust 开发

负责但不限于

  • RustDesk 客户端开发
  • 配合用户增长做线索发现，利用社交网站 API 配合语言模型匹配最佳线索

最好有

  • 会 Rust
  • 会写点 Python
  • 具备快速学习与问题解决能力

薪资

200 - 300 RMB / 天
