[Windows] win10 用一段时间不重启就会莫名其妙巨卡，求助大神

一直以来的一个疑问，我的 win10 ，经常用着用着就卡的不行了，
13900k 64g 内存，4090 显卡 m2 硬盘 2t
大概的配置
卡的时候连微信打字都会卡，把后台都杀了，所有软件都关了也没用
任务管理器内存剩余很多，cpu 占用很低，但是卡了就开始卡，必须重启
这种情况应该如何排查呢？

感觉可能跟桌面房的东西多有关系，但是也没太多啊？
这个问题困扰很久了，有没有大神知道是什么方面的原因吗？卡的时候拖动窗口都会卡。。。。
没运行任何大型软件，最多就是 word ，wps ，或者微信、网页之类的 ，重启之后会好，但是用一段时间，有时候是一两天，有时候可能会用一会儿，又会出现问题。当然也有用很多天不出现问题的时候
