[问与答] 装修合同的定金能不能退？

2 个月前跟本地一个装修公司签了装修合同，因为各种原因 2 个月只砸了一个墙、包了 3 根下水管。
合同中有定金的条款，但是签的时候划掉了（划掉的地方没有盖章、也没有签字）
这种情况下能退款吗？
