[远程工作] 找远程工作的感想

我做了啥？

  • 做了很拿出手的 porfolio
  • 做了 nodejs ，nextjs 相关的全栈项目
  • 做了 react 的前端项目
  • 花了很久美化简历和 linkedin

结果(申请了大概半个月：

  1. 收到的 linkedin 的 hr 邀请，大多因 location limit 而拒绝
  2. 自己投的简历(基本都是欧洲，几乎 100%被拒绝。有回应的只是国内的外企（非 remote ）其他拒绝也是如上的原因，现在投了 200 多个（基本都 easy apply ，很少写 cover letter ，可能需要优化！
  3. 电鸭里有 1 个 interivew ，挂在二轮（说不够合适

总结： globally 的 remote 很难找，大多有地理限制，需要多平台投递试试？（比如 twitter 还有其他平台多投
