[职场话题] 总把”我不会“挂在嘴边的是什么心理？

工作中有些东西其实自己稍稍百度或者 GPT 去查查都能查到解决方案或者操作流程。

让实施的同事查个表数据，导出个日志。 得到的回答”我不会“

让初级开发或者刚入行的开发 弄个稍微涉及一点不是本职工作的 得到的回答 ”我不会“

想想刚入行的时候 也有很多不会的 但是都是自己百度疯狂百度，那会都还没有 GPT ，实在解决不了了才会去求助。

即使领导安排的任务超出自己的能力或者职责了 也会尽力去解决 而不是一句 我不会 来躲过问题。

是真的不会吗？ 还是单纯的不想做？还是就懒得去思考？
