[问与答] 提前退租，房东想把所有租金都黑了怎么办

因为出差需要提前退租，加上押金已经交了四个月房租了，合同写的是提前退租扣除两个月房租。但是房东不愿意，想扣我两个月房租外加 1000 人工费，然后还说我现在是单方面违约，他们可以同意，可以不同意。遇到这种情况怎么办，我周六就要离开武汉了，想问问大伙怎么能够最快解决这种事情
