[问与答] 有没有经常接到携号转网推销的，这种要怎么整治一下？

背景：在用电信融合套餐，好像是 5 、6 月份在电信的合约到期，到期之前那会儿和刚到期那会一周 3-5 次接到移动的协转推销，后续为 3-5 次一个月的样子，今年接到不下十来次移动的携号转网推销了
对方一般自称“中国移动的”，可以准确报出我在电信用的套餐和资费，一般都是说同等套餐转网降资费、送油卡、送手机之类的，烦人得要死
有什么办法整治一下这帮人，每次接了再屏蔽也挺麻烦的，另外电信的套餐信息移动的怎么知道的？有懂这块怎么投诉的么
然后想吐槽一下，就 0731 移动那个垃圾宽带，但凡见识过的都得骂两句垃圾，它怎么好意思
