[Windows] KB5041587 补丁性能提升有点可怕

AMD 6800H 笔记本，abaqus 求解一个 6w 网格的结构，都是用 8 核

打补丁前：1814s
打补丁后：1327s

这提升真的是过于离谱，之前的微软在搞什么呀
