[职场话题] 迷茫了，各位大佬能提提建议吗？

目前我还在职，这两年形势不太好工作不好找也不打算离职，但是最近进入了一种急迫的状态，不知道为何，我的工作内容整天修修小 bug ，做新功能也就 crud ，一晃在同一家公司快三年了，我不是一个自驱力强的人，只有在遇到问题的时候才回去学习新知识，现在感觉自己的状态不合适了，但还没想好以后道理要干什么，目前是 java 后端开发，我自己也不知道是不是喜欢这个工作，看到各位都是有空了就吸收新知识啥的，我感觉我可能不适合搞开发吧，大佬们有没有什么建议

  3. Adjust your preference.
