[macOS] mac 音量自动减小可能是什么情况？

我 mac mini 一天 24 小时开机，
最近每天回家音量都是 0 ，
看视频之类挂机不动时偶尔会突然跳出音量减小的弹窗，
eouVrau.png
应该不是键盘疯了时不时触发一个音量减少的信号吧 ，
还有什么可能，有什么会动这个音量，
