[问与答] t-mobile 的 esim 卡号码，如果丢失了手机，那么如何重新把这个号码绑回到新手机上？

如果想 t-mobile 的 web 登录联系客服，需要手机收验证码，而手机丢失了，
那此时应该如何操作？ 只能语音打电话给客服沟通吗？
ps:有记录下丢失电话的 imei,eid,iccid 等资料
