iPhone 的 safari 左滑返回就刷新是 bug 吗？ ios17 ，当你浏览一个网页时，如果网页还在卷动时，你左滑返回，页面 100%会直接刷新回到顶部，看帖子时特别不方便。如果页面已经静止，则返回不会刷新。 试过各种办法都没用，也不是内存问题，真的是 bug 么？能反馈么？还是是苹果的 bug ？….

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
