[青岛] 请问黄岛区哪一片租房子比较靠谱？

感觉青岛非常宜居，打算在黄岛区沿海（电车 10 钟内到都是不错的距离）租一套房子。

目前是 1 人居住，有狗有猫，想找干净卫生的一房一厅，小区有物业最佳。

请问有推荐吗？
