ExFAT 分区格式的，移动硬盘，只剩下空文件夹，占用大小都有，怎么恢复数据？

我的一个 14T 的移动硬盘，今天要存数据进去，然后在 windows10 打开，准备复制数据文件进去，发现只剩下几个空文件夹，然后什么都没有。

我做了什么操作

1.windows 的自带的磁盘检测，没问题 2.PE 进去也没有发现文件 3.插到 macos 也没有办法显示文件。

搜索了一圈，好像也没有找到查看工具。不会丢数据了吧？
