[Apple] 最近发现 Mac 上的美区 ID 不能使用 TestFlight 了，什么原因

之前一直正常，这两天打开 TestFlight 就提示 TestFlight 目前不可用。请重试。但在 iOS 上没有任何问题，正常更新都没问题。

退出当前 ID ，登录国区 ID ，则正常进入。

这是什么原因？

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
