[问与答] 有没有 FTP 大神， ftp 是不是有屏蔽机制啊？

登录我们单位自建的 ftp 时（应该是阿里云），提示连接已经建立（ connection established ），然后连接又被关闭了（ closed by server ），是不是 ftp 服务那边的问题？跟我这边没啥关系吧？
管理员在国内，说他可以登录，我在国外用的星链。
