[问与答] gradle 跟 Python 的版本兼容为什么能做的这么乱

不同版本的 gradle 指令改来改去，就算这是两年一改也很是折腾，另外，为什么包管理器一定要绑定 jdk 版本呢

python 同样一个包，兼容 3.8 而与 3.12 冲突？ semVer 说好的小版本兼容呢？另外，项目 a 依赖的 b 跟 c 的上层依赖互相冲突，只好分两个 project 搞
