[VPS] VPS 搭建回国节点方案可行性讨论

要去欧洲出差几个月，想要自己弄一个 VPS 线路回国，想征求一下可行性、稳定性以及对应的法律风险
有朋友说回国的 VPN 服务不会被 ban ，那是不是可以直接 wirequard 或者最传统的 vpn 方案
如果不行，使用现在主流的协议，用 xui 面板弄一个 vless/shadowsocks 方案是否可行
最后的备选方案是 Trojan
自用，准备使用宁波双向 20m 的 vps 搭建
