[程序员] 如何实现类似 apt install 的那种输出效果？

写了一个小工具，在终端运行并输出结果，但要实现以下效果：
1. 实时的滚动显示输出信息。（页面会滚动）
2. 最下面有一行固定显示进度条和百分比。（固定在最底部不动，甚至能够固定显示若干条子任务的进度）

正好类似 apt install 安装软件包时类似的输出效果。

C/C++有什么方法实现吗，thanks.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
