[宽带症候群] 为什么原来不敢用外地手机卡，现在只敢用外地手机卡。

在十年前的时候，去了外地工作或者生活一般都是办理本地卡。外地卡不敢用。外地卡资费太贵。而现在很多人宁愿用外地卡也不用本地卡。为什么现在反而本地卡资费比外地贵，本地卡用不起只有外地卡划算?
