[程序员] 请教有直播 App 开发经验的朋友两个问题

1, 直播 App 上线非常复杂吗？客户刚刚新注册的公司，能否申请下来相关资质？

2 ，是否有开源产品可以替代的，私有化部署的直播 App ，自己搭建服务器，内部人员使用。

**说明，不涉及违法的事情，就是客户方不希望走公共直播平台。

希望有经验的朋友 给指点一二，谢谢！

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
