[问与答] 我的 google play 美区 paypal 支付不了了

美区 paypal 套的中行 mastercard ，之前从没出过问题，今天在一个 app 内购被拒付了，然后去 play store 试试买 app 也被拒了，重新绑定 paypal 再尝试还是被拒，直接用卡支付倒是能付...，有遇到过这种情况的大佬吗，这是怎么回事



拒付信息是 Payment declined. Your purchase could not be completed due to an issue with your PayPal account. Please contact PayPal Customer Service for more information or choose a different payment method.

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
