[问与答] 询问一下 v2 新注册账号权限，权重问题

我自己的号，这两天邀请了两个朋友，但是朋友在使用的时候，说不可以发帖询问，还有就是新注册账号感觉奇奇怪怪的，但是不知道问题出在哪里。所以我想询问下，现在新注册的账号是有什么权重，限制吗，各位大佬可以说说嘛！

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
