[iPhone] Apple Intelligence 现在最推荐买哪个版本？

14 Pro 用了快两年，想换 16 代
国行 Apple Intelligence 用的不是 ChatGPT ，而且跟大陆方案商合作的，效果未知

其他版本能用 ChatGPT 的哪个更推荐呢？
港版？日版？还是美版？

还有就是 Apple Intelligence 对手机日常使用提升大不大呢？
不大就先不换了，14 Pro 继续用等真全面屏
