[生活] 国内有什么路子可以保障代孕并上户口

本人男，想法是老婆可以不要， 但是想有个孩子。老实说 年纪大了有点无聊，现在女权盛行，懒得谈，相亲过几个 多少有点奇葩，现在女性质量可见一斑。当然和我差不多水平的人看不上我，并不是高帅。所以懒得谈了。
听说乌克兰代孕盛行，国内是否可以做，预算 50 万是否足够，有没有懂行的朋友解答一下，不太了解代孕行业
