[问与答] 咨询一下各位大佬交通事故中责任人拒绝赔付该如何维权啊？

前段时间家里有辆车被小追尾了一下，稍微掉点漆，车损并不严重，以前都是随便赔点钱就算了，这次对方态度非常差，不想上这个火遂叫了交警，交警判定对方全责，也出了事故责任认定单，并且对方没有上任何保险，他要求修车的话必须要叫上他，所以这段时间想起来都会跟他去约时间，但是他一直“以这几天没空，下周约时间”为由来搪塞，最开始觉得就补点漆的小事也没在意，结果一个多月了始终用这个理由不去修车，请教一下各位大佬这种情况下该如何维权啊？感觉真要是走到法院那步，诉讼成本比修车成本高多了唉。。。
