[程序员] 请教一个前端技术栈的问题，如何技术上做到网页和微信小程序能力模块复用？

现在有一个需求，既需要网页端，也需要微信小程序端。 想做到网页端和微信小程序端做到基本上共用技术模块（页面复用），降低开发成本。 目前有两个问题：

  1. 使用什么技术方案？（希望成熟稳定、最终可以走通）
  2. 使用的技术方案比纯开发微信小程序成本会高多少（方便估价一下）？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
