[职场话题] 两个 offer，想听听大家意见，真的很纠结

本人背景：普通二本，后端 7 年，30 岁
美团外卖营销：比较卷，但稳定比较核心
蚂蚁财保大模型：早 10 晚 9 ，业务偏算法工程，比较创新
俩 offer 总包一样，是选一个稳定的一直苟到 35 ？还是选一个偏创新的赛道到 32 再出来？
第一次发帖，希望大家给些建议🙏
