996 嫌累，摸鱼觉得没意思，使用开源库觉得没技术含量，自己造轮子又太累，写代码羡慕领导写 PPT ，写 PPT 害怕自己没有硬实力。终其一生，满是遗憾。

进体制觉得太平庸，在私企又担心不稳定，想转行嫌工资低，留下来又不喜欢，想转岗怕失去硬实力，不转岗又没竞争力终其一生眼高手低
