[职场话题] 月薪十几 k 应该期望能招到什么水平的人（外包岗）？

坐标杭州滨江，Python 后端开发(外包)，不限制学历，期望一年以上工作经验加人靠谱点就行，招了两个月了快给我面破防了...总结一下目前遇到的情况：
（ 1 ）首先简历非常少，公司的外包服务商不知有没有尽力找，总之绝对数量上就很少
（ 2 ）今年以来 2024 的应届生特别多
（ 3 ）简历一看就是培训班出身的特别多，共同点是：webosocket 、langchain 、雪花算法、七牛云，尤其是他们还喜欢扎堆到一天里投递
（ 4 ）自我介绍话都说不清楚的很多，开头 1 分钟我就想挂了，还得礼节性面完
（ 5 ）经过以上筛选，到了技术问题环节的，有大约 1/3 不知道怎么判断 list 是否包含 1 个值
