[职场话题] 35+的程序员都去做什么了？

事业虽然离这个年龄还有一段时间，但是已经在逐渐焦虑了。就像溺水的人想抓住稻草一样，总想做点什么让自己能晚一点面对中年危机，又感觉不管怎么折腾也都是殊途同归。
请教一下已经进入这个年龄段的大佬们的职业发展，是已经做了管理，还是换个小厂继续做开发，或者是干脆转行了呢？如果大龄程序员大概率做不下去，是不是应该提早做些什么准备呢？

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
